Located in São Francisco de Paula, about 40 km from Gramado, the Pousada do Engenho offers romantic packages to couples on their honeymoons, celebrating anniversaries or seeking an agreeable break from routine. To enjoy the atmosphere guests have the options of candle-lit dinners in their own cabins, picnicking with fireplaces, breakfast in bed, sparkling wine and an electronic photo album.

The 15 cabin lodges were strategically designed to be one with the green backdrop and guarantee the privacy of guests. All accommodations are equipped with LCD TV screens, DVDs, cable TV, home theatre, wifi, fireplace, heating, jacuzzi, skylight roof displaying the moonlit sky.

There are 140 m2 of open space, with lounge, cafeteria, fitness room, massage room, sauna and ofuro (Japanese bath). There’s a deck with a sun-heated swimming pool. The Casa de Babette Restaurant offers a varied menu with delicious touches of high gastronomy, from “Mineira” recipes to the sophisticated cuisine of India.
