The Zank was bought by Toque and is now called Zank by Toque. A certain coziness and the charm of designer furniture that make Toque exceptional have been added to the original boutique hotel concept. Not surprisingly, the first radical change was “gastronomic”, the restaurant was redesigned, its management brought back in house and a new à la Toque menu was created for the enjoyment of guests and the Baiano public
