Historic Farm – 19th Century
At the foot of the Mantiqueira Moutains, the centenary Fazenda Águas Claras is 354 hectares large, spread across the municipalities of Itapira, Serra Negra and Lindóia. An important rural property in the state of São Paulo, with 280,000 coffee trees in production, it provides guests with the unique opportunity of a stay in a completely restored historic farm built in 1870 that has been transformed into a tourist center within quality and environmental preservation standards.
Pousada Águas Claras has eight double and triple apartments, with bathrooms with hand painted tiles. In the colonial premises, there is reading area, a games room, card and billiards tables, all with fireplaces, a bar and restaurant specializing in rural cuisine.
