18th Century

Situated in Itu, the Capoava Farm is only 97 Km away from São Paulo. It reflects the work philosophy from its proprietors Neca Setúbal and Paulo Almeida Prado: the recuperation of the pioneer tradition (most commonly known in Brazil as the “Tradição Bandeirista”) best noticed in the architectural set, with the main house – dating from the mid XVIII century – and the old coffee house, which will now be transformed into a small museum dedicated to tell the history of the coffee plantation in those days.

T he 25 bungalows are located in the old slaves house and the colony, with a view to the lakes surrounding the farm. The decoration is comfortable and cozy, allowing you to relax, decontract, and also creating an atmosphere where no one feels as a hotel guest, but more like as if you were invited to a friend's house

T he horse riding, the forest trails, the pool, the game pavillion and the barn, but mostly the elaborate brazilian cooking, all prepared in its firewood stove, complete this great scenery of dream and fantasy where a privileged nature plays a main role.
