R ight at the foot of the Mantiqueira range , the centenarian Fazenda Águas Claras covers a total area of 354 hectares, spreading through the towns of Itapira, Serra Negra and Lindóia. An important rural property of the state of São Paulo , with 280 thousand coffee trees still in production giving the guests the unique opportunity of staying at a historical farm that finds itself in full activity. Constructed in 1870, the house was completely restored and transformed into a tourist site that meets the highest standards of quality and environmental protection

T he Pousada Águas Claras has eight apartments (double and triple), with bathrooms decorated with hand-painted wall tiles. In this colonial setting, there is a reading room; a game room with billiard and cards, all with fireplaces, a bar and a restaurant specialized in country cooking. A bathing room with shower, Jacuzzi and wet sauna completes the total relaxation of the guests.
